Welcome to SustaiNE’s Brighter Futures Together Toolkit.

The toolkit is simple and easy to use. It gives advice about how you can improve your local community. There are lots of worksheets on all sorts of issues, like health, youth, climate change, green space and community safety. The worksheets feature step-by-step advice, and explain where to go to get further help.

The toolkit is the only one of its kind it the country. It was originally developed by the County Durham Local Agenda 21 Partnership, to help create sustainable communities across County Durham. It's now available across the whole North East region, supported by SustaiNE.
